1. Products & Availability All products offered on the WearDraven website are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw any product from sale at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by WearDraven.

4. Payment We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Payment is collected in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

6. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@weardraven.com with your order number.

7. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.

8. Warranties The Capri™ Performance Polo is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Liability WearDraven shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from a purchase made on our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
